Built on Squarespace in just 9 days, the site was designed to feel both approachable and user-friendly, ensuring a smooth experience from first visit to consultation.
A major focus was structuring service pages so information is clear and easy to navigate. Each immigration service is outlined in a straightforward way, helping potential clients understand their options without feeling overwhelmed. To support inquiries, I integrated custom contact and consultation forms that make reaching out simple and direct.
To streamline scheduling, I also connected Acuity Scheduling — giving visitors the ability to book consultations online without extra back-and-forth. The result is a site that highlights Benotas’ expertise while making the client journey seamless and efficient.
